Colorado Buffaloes spring game fans, alumni, and media attended Folsom Field on Saturday.
The sold-out game showcased Deion Sanders' program.
After following his father from Jackson State, Coach Prime's son and first-team quarterback Shedeur Sanders was a key participant.
The Buffs hope his debut stats are a hint of big things to come. Shedeur Sanders threw two touchdowns and 219 yards on 16-for-19.
He also scored a rushing touchdown, which pleased offensive coordinator Sean Lewis.
Sanders delivered a dime to Montana Lemonious-Craig and a touchdown throw to Travis Hunter.
Saturday's spring game showed Sanders' full potential. After a never-ending Buffs QB cycle, it's nice to see someone throw so well.
Sanders fared well in his "first" Buffs game and will be hyped for the 2023 season.
